We want your stay at the DeGrand House to be as relaxing and comfortable for you as possible. We offer these accommodations:
- five bedrooms (3 full beds and 3 twin beds)
- three full bathrooms
- kitchen facilities (no stove)
- porch for outdoor seating and lounging
- livingroom with television, DVD and VCR (movies available)
- parking
- complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa
- no stove is available; however, there are microwaves, toasters, a toaster oven, coffee pots, etc. for your use
Enjoy your breakfast or dinner on our upper outdoor porch and watch the sunrise over the neighborhood.
Rates
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, pantry, and livingroom. The rooms are fully furnished with linens, dishes, etc. The kitchen area and pantry contain a small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee pot, and toaster oven. The lower floor consists of a livingroom, dining room, kitchen area, pantry, bathroom and two bedrooms.
Either floor rents for $75 per night for two people (one bed) and $20 for each additional family member. Taxes are extra.
Personal checks, money orders and cash are accepted.
